Vassal is appointed by Regent and is responsible for managing taxes and starting projects. He works at Castle. His main duties are:
- Manage taxes
- Manage resources
- Start construction of Market, Tavern, Court, Barracks and Prisons and Barracks and Prisons - Level 2
- Assign Judge, The Guard Captain, Academy Director and Drill Master
