Resting in ME

Resting is a way to recuperate Energy easily and it's possible to rest in many places. The necessary time span to recuperate energy is regulated by the Rest Factor.

The Rest Factor

The Rest Factor depends on the following variables:

Structure Rest Factor

The Structure Rest Factor (SRF) is a Base Rest Factor linked to the structure. The more prestigious the structure is, the higher the SRF.

Example

The Rest Factor is computed as follows:

  Recuperated Energy X hour =  Rest Factor *  ( 100 - (( 10 - Constitution )  * 1.9 ) )/100 *
  ( 100 - (( 25 - Glut ) / 1.2 ))/100 ;

Example: Resting time computed with Constitution 7 and glut 64%:
