Viscount/Viscountess is a title that belongs to the high nobility. It is ranked lower than Count but higher than Baron. This title is granted to a certain person by the Regent.

To become a Viscount, you don't need to meet any in game mechanical requirements. A Regent can appoint up to 1 Viscount for each castle the Kingdom owns.
