How such a procedure can be opened?
The procedure can be opened each Three months and only one procedure at a a time can be managed. Only a Cardinal (Minister) or a Bishop (Prior) can open it and the character must be located (at opening time) where the related Religion Holy See is located.
To open a procedure, an IG scroll must be sent to Guglielmo di Valenza who will take care to inform the Carmerlengo or the Marshall.
Note: The name of the characters who open the procedure will be made public.
Who will manage the procedure?
The procedure will be managed by the Carmelengo or the Marshall. The two roled will be driven by ME Administration/Staff.
Who will be able to vote?
Only who covers the highest religious roles can vote (Cardinal/Bishops and Minister/Priors). The vote will be secret and non-changeable and weighted in the following way:
- Bishop/Prior: Vote weight is directly related to the number of Priests/Clerics below him.
- Cardinal/Minister: Vote weight is the sum of the vote weights of the Bishops/Prior below him.
