A Distiller in the game.
Distillation is a method of separating mixtures based on differences in volatility of components in a boiling liquid mixture. Distillation is a unit operation, or a physical separation process, and not a chemical reaction. The Distiller is a tool required to produce some alcoholic beverages.

Application
Put the distiller in the shop inventory. Each time is used it wears out by a percentage of 2%.
