[edit] Description
Chainmail is the type of armor that has been produced for millenia all over Europe and the Middle East. The mail is made from little iron rings intertwined with each other to form a flexible surface wich can be worn like a shirt and trousers without hindering movement. It is rather heavy though. Chainmail was changed over the centuries in some details, but the basic design has proved its value in battle.
