A Property License in the game
The Property License is a scroll document that proves you actually own a Workshops and it is in the Workshops inventory when the Workshops is bought in the Castle.
Whilst a player cannot have more than one Workshops they may have more than one Property License, as possessing the scroll does not imply the Workshops possession.
In order to transfer property of a Workshops to another player, owner must sell the scroll on the Market, at wished price (Workshops inventory must be empty in order to successfully sell the Workshops). Taxes will not apply on the sale.
